Terms of service

These terms apply when you request a demo as an employer, or sign up as a worker, through rolebond.com. Submitting either form means you accept them. If you do not, do not submit the form.

RoleBond helps employers in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, retail, hospitality and construction find and keep frontline workers. Submitting the employer form is a request for a conversation, not a binding order, and does not commit either side to a placement. Submitting the worker form registers your interest in shift work; it does not guarantee you a shift or a job offer.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, RoleBond acts as a matching and staffing service between an employer and a worker — it does not itself become the worker's employer.

You agree that what you submit — your identity, company, trade, right to work, availability — is accurate. Employers are responsible for verifying a worker's eligibility to work as required by local law before the worker starts.

RoleBond never charges a worker to sign up, to be matched, or to be placed in a role, in line with the Employer Pays Principle. If anyone asks you to pay to get work through RoleBond, that is not us — report it to recruiting@rolebond.com.

Don't use the forms to submit false information, impersonate someone else, scrape or spam the site, or attempt to access data that is not yours. We can decline a request or remove a sign-up that breaks this.

Form submissions are delivered through a third-party email provider (see our Privacy policy). We are not responsible for that provider's own outages, but we treat a failed submission as our responsibility to fix and to redeliver.

rolebond.com and the figures on it — including the ROI calculator — are provided as is. The calculator is a modeled estimate built from the sources cited on the page; it is not a quote, an audit, or a guarantee of savings for your business.

To the extent the law allows, RoleBond is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or its forms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

[Open item: which country's law governs these terms, and where disputes are heard, needs a decision from RoleBond's counsel given the international scope of the service. That clause will be added here before this page is relied on.]

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will update the date at the top when we do; the version in force is the one on the page at the time you submit a form.
