Privacy policy

This policy explains how RoleBond (“RoleBond”, “we”) handles personal data collected through rolebond.com — the demo request form for employers and the sign-up form for workers. It applies wherever you access the site, in any country.

Legal entity and registered address: [to be added before this policy is published — RoleBond's registered company name, country of incorporation and address].

We only collect what you type into a form. There is no tracking script or analytics cookie on this site today.

Employers who request a demo: name, work email, company, country, an approximate frontline headcount range, industry, and anything you write in the optional message field.

Workers who sign up: name, phone number or WhatsApp number, country, city, trade, and availability.

If this changes — for example, if we add product analytics or advertising cookies — we will update this policy first and show a consent banner where the law requires one.

Employer submissions are used to respond to your request, prepare a staffing and retention proposal, and follow up by email or phone. Worker submissions are used to match you with employer demand near you and to contact you about shifts. We do not use either form to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal data.

We process employer and worker submissions under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps you asked us to take before entering an agreement — and, where that does not apply, under our legitimate interest in responding to the request you sent us (Article 6(1)(f)).

Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, our email-delivery provider, which processes the message on our behalf and on infrastructure located in the United States. Resend is a data processor for us, not an independent controller of your data. We do not otherwise share, rent or sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

If a worker is matched to a specific employer, the details needed to make that placement (name, contact details, trade, availability) are shared with that employer, so they can offer you the shift. We ask employers to use that information only for the placement.

RoleBond operates internationally. If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, your data may be processed in the United States by our sub-processors, under their standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. Contact us if you would like a copy of the relevant safeguard.

We keep employer and worker submissions for as long as we might reasonably follow up — normally no more than 24 months from your last contact with us — and delete them sooner on request.

Under GDPR and equivalent laws, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or move it elsewhere. You can also object to our processing at any time. To do any of this, email recruiting@rolebond.com — we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and are delivered directly to a single company inbox. We limit who has access to that inbox and to the underlying email account.

This site is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

If we change how we handle your data in a material way, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use rolebond.com after a change means you accept the update.
